About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to independently manage and lead the HR department. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end HR operations, employee management, and HR administration, along with the ability to handle all HR functions with minimal supervision.

Candidates with previous work experience outside Kerala and strong multilingual communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and independently oversee the HR department.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Plan employee engagement and retention activities.
- Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
- Lead HR planning and collaborate with senior management on workforce requirements.




- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple HR functions and independently handling an HR department.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
- Previous work experience outside Kerala is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Language Requirements Candidates should have good communication skills in:
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- English
- Hindi
