Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is a leading third-party insurance claim verification and investigation agency, trusted by leading General and Life insurance companies across India for 12+ years.

We are hiring doctors for a leading health insurance company, and selected candidates will be based at its Thane Head Office.

Role: Health Claim Adjudicator

Location: G Corp Tech Park, Ghodbunder Road, Kasarvadavali, Thane West, Maharashtra 400615

Work Mode: Work From Office

Employment: On-roll with Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd.

Qualification: BHMS / BAMS / MBBS

Experience: Minimum 1 year in health claim processing, adjudication, investigation or medical claim assessment

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Training: 7 working days (unpaid)

Two openings

? Cashless Claims: 14 vacancies





Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM (Any 9 Hours)

? Reimbursement Claims: 9 vacancies

Fixed shift, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

What you will do

✔️ Adjudicate health claims accurately

✔️ Review medical records, bills, investigation reports and discharge summaries

✔️ Spot discrepancies and potential fraud indicators

✔️ Follow SOPs and meet productivity, quality and TAT targets

Ideal candidate: strong medical knowledge, a positive understanding of health insurance claims, sharp analytical and document-review skills, and comfort in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
