The incumbent will develop business strategies, strengthen client relationships, ensure service excellence, and build high-performing teams. A proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Develop growth strategies via current client acquisition, cross-selling, and market expansion.
- Own P&L;, driving revenue growth and optimizing costs.
- Lead end-to-end FM service delivery ensuring SLA and quality compliance.




- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for long-term retention.
- Support BD in client presentations, solution design, and pricing.
- Drive transformation through process improvements and technology.
- Establish governance with reviews, audits, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with laws, contracts, and policies.
- Lead and mentor regional and operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and innovation.
