Profile: Senior/Lead Embedded Hardware Engineer

Qualification: M.Tech/ B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical Engineering)

Experience: Minimum 10+ years’ experience in core Embedded product design and development

We are looking for a highly experienced Embedded Lead/Architect who can grow with the organisation and take complete end-to-end ownership of embedded product development. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in embedded hardware design, circuit and PCB development, as well as embedded programming. The role requires someone who can execute projects hands-on when needed, while also being capable of leading and guiding a team to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Compulsory Hardware Skills: -

· Digital / Mixed-Signal Design Experience for Consumer / Industrial markets

· Hardware architecture, Schematic design, Component Selection, multi-layer (8+ Layers) PCB Layout design, DFM & DFA knowledge, Library creation.

· Microprocessor / FPGA Experience - TI, NXP, NVIDIA, Xilinx, Altera FPGA & STM32

· Strong understanding of high-Speed interfaces etc.

· Knowledge or hands-on experience in RF technologies, RF PCB design, antennas.

· Audio and Video Design Experience, digital Connectivity Ethernet and sensor interfaces.





· DC/DC Power supply design, LDOs, PoE-PD Design,

· Battery operated product design experience

· Test and Debug - Board Bring Up, Interface testing,

· Instrument Knowledge - CRO, Multimeter, Logic Analyser. Spectrum Analyser

· Exposure to design tools – Altium/ KiCad

· Design analysis for SI, PDN, Thermal, EMI/EMC

· Good to have product qualification / compliance testing experience, Gerber Data and send all data to PCB manufacturer for board development.

· Specification, Hardware testing, postproduction check documents and report creation.

Compulsory Software Skills: -

· Understand the requirement and write flow diagram, Software specification Document.

· Write low level device drivers and toolchains for microcontrollers and microprocessors.

· Write embedded application code in C/C++.

· Must have positive experience of Embedded IDE/Compiler.

· Knowledge of Linux and bare metal programming will add additional advantage.

· FPGA Knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Skills: -

Circuit Design, PCB layout, component placement and routing, BOM creation (Bill of Material). Embedded C, Embedded Product, and Embedded software.
