RightWalk Foundation (RWF) is a leading organization dedicated to addressing poverty and inequality by activating transformative social policies end to end. Our approach focuses on Policy Advocacy, System Design, Capacity Building and Efficient Delivery by engaging with System Leadership, Lawmakers and Communities. We have played instrumental role in unlocking several policies including RTE 12.1.(c) in the state of Uttar Pradesh directly impacting over 10,00,000 children from economically weaker section and disadvantaged group across 75 districts and 50,000 schools in UP.

We have also played crucial role in activating Aprenticeship policy in several states in India, thereby enabling over 2,00,000 youths find skilling and employment opportunities.

Program Details The program can impact the lives of 50,000 to 1,00000 youth secure employment and focuses on ‘earning while learning’. Also, the Apprenticeship scheme is one of the top priority schemes.

This is a great opportunity to work in public policy implementation in a State as large and diverse as State and impact the lives of thousands of youth from vulnerable communities. It will both be a challenging as well as a rewarding experience.

Purpose of the Role The position reports to the Program Manager and is responsible to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders across the division level on driving implementation of the program.

The position reports to the Program Manager - Industry Relations and is responsible for managing and developing relationships with organizations, industries,



and businesses to place candidates in apprenticeships or permanent positions. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to effectively network and build relationships with key stakeholders in various industries.

The position holder will support the implementation plan while working closely with the division-level stakeholders. The person will spend a significant proportion of time at ITIs, SDM Centre, and Industries.

- Develop weekly and monthly operational plans.
- Ensure accountability of delivery on the achievement of pre-defined outcomes.
- Lead implementation of the project on the field.
- Build relations with ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions and Industries.
- Coordinate with students from ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions to organize Interaction and Info-shop sessions.
- Mobilize students from institutions (ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre) to provide short-term and long-term (Technical and Soft Skill training).




- Organize Apprenticeship and Rojgar Mela (Apprenticeship and Placement Event) at RWF Centre.
- Coordinate with Industries to register them on the NAPS Portal and create opportunities. Provide support in the hiring and onboarding process.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as and when required.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

- Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Apprenticeship and Placement sector.
- Prior experience of working with the district/ division will be preferred.
- Result orientation, effective leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision.
- Possess positive analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor market trends, industries, and business practices and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines.
