Young Edsplorer Pvt. Ltd. is an experiential learning and educational travel company working with schools and students across India and internationally. We create engaging learning experiences through educational tours, international and domestic student travel, workshops, events, campaigns and innovative learning programmes.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring our ideas, campaigns and experiences to life through strong visual communication.
KEY – MANDATORY SOFTWARE SKILLS
Please apply ONLY if you have hands-on working experience with ALL of the following:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop / Illustrator and relevant Adobe tools
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
Knowledge of all four platforms is mandatory. Candidates who do not have practical working knowledge of these software will NOT be considered for this position.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Young Edsplorer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across our marketing, communication, travel and educational programmes.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely creative, understands visual storytelling and can independently convert a brief into an engaging design.
The ideal candidate should not simply execute instructions but should be capable of bringing fresh concepts, creative ideas and strong visual thinking to every project.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative Development
- Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials and internal communications.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, certificates, invitations, banners and other promotional collateral.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand requirements.
- Create visually appealing creatives for educational programmes, school travel, workshops, events and corporate communication.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography,
colours and overall visual identity.
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual quality.
Video & Motion Content
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop visually engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Edit footage, add transitions, text, graphics, music and other elements as required.
- Convert existing creative concepts into engaging video formats.
Digital & Social Media Creatives
- Design creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign creatives, announcements, promotional posts and event-related content.
- Work closely with the marketing and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver relevant creatives.
Creative Ownership
- Bring original ideas and creative approaches to design briefs.
- Suggest new design concepts, formats and visual directions.
- Understand the objective behind a creative instead of simply executing instructions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles and digital content formats.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet ALL of the following:
✓ 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
✓ Currently based in Noida
✓ Willing to work from our Noida office
✓ Strong creative and conceptual thinking
✓ Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW
✓ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
✓ Hands-on experience with Canva
✓ Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
✓ Strong portfolio demonstrating original design work

Candidates should be able to share examples of their previous work, including graphic designs, social media creatives, branding work, video/reel edits, campaign creatives or other relevant projects.
We are particularly interested in seeing original creative thinking, not just template-based designs.
