THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer, Video Editor & UI/UX Designer at Alltex Exim, you will create engaging visual content that strengthens the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. The role combines graphic design, poster and social media creative development, video editing, and user interface/user experience design. You will work closely with the HR, marketing, sales, and management teams to translate business requirements into clear, professional, and visually consistent communication.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects, and able to deliver high-quality designs and videos within agreed timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Create professional graphic designs, posters, banners, brochures, presentations,



and other visual assets for corporate communication, recruitment, events, campaigns, and brand promotion.

Design creative content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, adapting layouts and formats to suit each platform and target audience.

Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for corporate introductions, employee onboarding, recruitment, product promotion, events, and social media.

Develop storyboards, select footage, add transitions, captions, graphics, music, and other suitable elements to create polished video content.

Create and improve UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for websites, landing pages, dashboards, or other digital interfaces as required.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs, audiences, objectives, brand requirements, and delivery deadlines before beginning creative work.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets by following approved logos, colours, typography, templates, and visual guidelines.

Review designs and videos for accuracy, spelling, visual quality, dimensions, and platform specifications before final delivery.

Organize design files, source assets, project versions, and final exports so that work can be retrieved and updated efficiently.

Stay informed about design trends, editing techniques, social media formats, and UI/UX best practices, and apply relevant improvements to creative output.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Develop your skills across graphic design, video production, and UI/UX design through practical projects and continuous improvement.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Relevant professional experience in graphic design, poster and social media creative development, and video editing; experience in UI/UX design is also required.

A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, poster making, social media creatives, and video editing work. UI/UX case studies, wireframes, or prototypes should also be included.

Proficiency with relevant design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or equivalent tools.

Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and digital content formats.

Working knowledge of video editing workflows, audio and visual pacing, captions, transitions, export settings, and platform-specific video formats.

Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, usability, and prototyping.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and incorporate feedback.

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred. A strong portfolio and practical skills are important.

LOGISTICS

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
