Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Packaging Design to execute design projects across brands and product categories. The role will involve translating brand strategies and consumer insights into compelling, functional, and production ready packaging designs while coordinating closely with product development team, printing vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Brand Visuals

- Take ownership of developing high-quality visual assets across digital, social media, e-commerce, and marketing touchpoints.
- Create engaging designs for campaigns, social media posts, digital ads, website banners, product launches, and promotional communication.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication objectives.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into visually compelling design solutions.
- Continuously explore new design trends and visual styles to keep brand communication fresh and relevant.

2. Campaign & Content Design

- Develop creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Work closely with the Content, Brand, Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver relevant creatives.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Support the development of key visual concepts, campaign themes, and creative directions.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

3. Creative Collaboration & Innovation

- Collaborate openly with Content, Video, Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual concepts and design ideas.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, digital formats, social media trends, and consumer preferences.
- Experiment with new design techniques, formats, and creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Take ownership of feedback and continuously improve creative outputs.

4. Quality & Project Management

- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors when required.
- Maintain organized design files, assets, templates, and brand libraries.
- Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and contributes to overall campaign objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Creative Design, or a related function.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social media, branding, advertising, and marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant creative software.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
- Good understanding of social media and digital content formats.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, D2C, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
