We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage our operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and maximizing the organization's presence and performance on the GeM platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of procurement processes and e-commerce platforms.

- 1. GeM Portal Management

Manage day to day operations & activities on GEM portal, ensuring smooth functionality & seamless interactions.

Manage listings, pricing , catalog updates & service offerings in complaince with GeM guidelines.

- 2. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherance to all goverment policies , procedures & regulations related to GeM Portal
- 3. Sales & Business Development

Identify & Pursue opportunities to expand the organizations footprint on GeM Portal.





Analyze market trends and competitor activity on the platform to optimize pricing & offerings.

- 4. Vendor & Client Coordination

Laise with internal teams to gather product inofrmation, manage inventory, & ensure order fulfilment.

Build & maintain relatinships with goverment officals and procurement teams to enhance trust & collaboration.

- Reporting & Analysis

Generate periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, & market trends for senior management.

Monitor KPIs and suggest actionable insights to improve platform performance.

- Training & Support

Train & guide team members on GeM portal funtionalities & compliance requirements

Provide troubleshooting support to resolve any issues related to GeM portal.
