Role & responsibilities To lead and oversee Finance & Accounts activities with primary responsibility for finalization of accounts, budget preparation, consolidation of financial statements, financial reporting and internal financial controls across HFL and its subsidiary companies.

The role will ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts, consolidation, audit coordination and compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies. The position will also provide oversight on budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support effective business decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

CA qualification is mandatory. Others need not apply.

Strong exposure to finalization and consolidation of accounts.

8–10 years of total professional experience.

Min 2-3 yrs of experience in a managerial role with team-handling

Exp in handling subsidiary company accounts and consolidation.

Solid exposure to Ind AS practices, internal and external audit coordination.

Should know local language
