Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Payments &

• Management: Manage vendor payments, payment schedules, outstanding balances, and vendor account reconciliations.
- GST &

- TDS Compliance: Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and related documentation.
- Accounting &
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, accounting entries, ledgers, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze Profit &
- Loss (P&L;) statements, expense reports, and other financial reports.
- Stock Audit &
- Reconciliation: Conduct stock audits, verify inventory records, reconcile physical stock with book stock, and identify discrepancies.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital to support business decisions.
- Bank &
- Ledger Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Compliance &
- Documentation: Ensure timely completion of statutory requirements and maintain records for audits.
- Management Reporting:



Provide regular financial updates, identify variances, and recommend improvements in financial controls.
Required Qualifications &
- Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
- Experience preparing and analyzing Profit & • Loss statements and financial reports

.
- Knowledge of stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage financial records accurately and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in trading, distribution, retail, or consumer electronics businesses will be preferred.
