Requirements

· Willing to learn, work hands-on, and travel to customer locations as required.

· Comfortable using a laptop, email, Microsoft Excel, and basic digital tools for documentation.

· A practical aptitude for technology, with an interest in how things work, technical mechanics, installation, and setup.

· Smart, presentable, proactive, and confident when communicating with customers and colleagues.

· Very good communication skills are a must, especially spoken English and Hindi.

· 2–3 years of work experience in any field.

· Graduate in any field, such as B.Com, B.A., or B.Sc.

Role Overview The Field Service Technician will carry out on-site installations, setup, basic checks, and customer support for a range of products. The role suits someone who enjoys practical work, communicates confidently, and can accurately document have completed tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit customer locations for installation and commissioning of Axtroid equipment.

· Set up and configure 3D printers, 3D scanners, VR equipment, workstations, and other technical products.

· Perform testing and ensure equipment is functioning as per specifications.

· Complete installation and commissioning checklists and documentation.

· Diagnose hardware, mechanical, electrical, software, and connectivity-related issues.

· Attend customer complaints and service requests within defined timelines.

· Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.





· Carry out on-site repairs, replacements, calibration, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.

· Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits and inspect equipment for potential failures.

· Provide basic product training to customers and operators.

· Support customers in resolving basic technical issues remotely where possible.

· Maintain accurate service reports, equipment records, photographs, and service history.

· Maintain records of spare parts used and coordinate replacement requirements.

· Maintain service tools and equipment properly.

· Travel to customer locations across India as required.

· Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal technical team when required.

Service Documentation

· Prepare a service report for every customer visit.

· Record equipment details, serial numbers, issues identified, parts replaced, and work completed.

· Maintain customer equipment service history and related records.

· Submit service reports, checklists, photographs, and other required documentation on time.

· Report recurring technical issues and customer feedback to the internal team.

Key Expectations

· Be reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and accountable for assigned tasks.

· Handle products and materials carefully and follow installation and delivery instructions.

· Maintain accurate documentation and communicate issues or delays promptly.

· Represent Axtroid professionally when interacting with customers.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India.
