Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Maintenance professional to maintain factory equipment, utilities and facilities. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown support and routine inspections to minimise downtime and ensure secure, reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections of factory equipment and utilities.
- Identify electrical and mechanical faults, attend breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs within authorised work limits.
- Maintain and coordinate servicing of electrical panels, DG sets, compressors, pumps, lighting and other utility systems.
- Support plumbing repairs, water-supply maintenance and general upkeep of factory and office facilities.
- Coordinate with Production and service vendors to complete maintenance with minimum disruption to operations.
- Maintain maintenance checklists, breakdown records, service schedules and spare-parts inventory.
- Follow equipment-isolation and safety procedures, and promptly report unsafe conditions or recurring faults.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering,



or a relevant technical trade.

Required Candidate Profile

Relevant experience in factory or industrial maintenance, with practical knowledge of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and utility systems. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, a safety-focused approach and the ability to respond to urgent maintenance requirements.
