Role Description The Export Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end export processes, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of goods to international clients.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day import/export operations, tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The role also requires regular interaction with customers and internal teams to address queries,



share shipment updates, and support high service standards.

The Export

Operations professional will contribute to process improvement, accurate record-keeping, and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Export Documentation skills, including preparation, verification, and compliance with trade regulations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Import/Export Operations, covering shipment coordination, logistics handling, and customs-related processes.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Export and Import procedures, trade terms, and international shipping practices.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to manage client communication, handle queries, and support long-term relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, robust organizational and time-management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in agrifood or commodity exports, familiarity with documentation for Middle East, USA, Canada, or UK markets, and knowledge of INCOTERMS are an advantage.
