India Nippon Electricals is seeking an experienced Engineer for our Electronic Sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components and materials required for our manufacturing processes. The role involves collaboration with suppliers, quality assurance teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all electronic components meet our specifications and quality standards.

The Engineer will conduct market research, evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term relationships with vendors to optimize costs and maintain supply chain efficiency. Additionally, the individual will keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive sourcing strategies.

- Sourcing for all Electronic commodities/ parts
- RFQs to suppliers
- PCD for Electronic parts
- Derisking for Electronic parts
- Cost reduction
- Samples procurement for Engg requirements
- Close coordination with Engg , Marketing, NPI and Suppliers for New products
- Implementation of design change of Electronic products / parts

Creation of Purchase info, Schedule agreement in SAP. QM info request for the regularisation to Quality.





- Creation of development POs in SAP for one-time orders – Electronic parts/ PCB with approval for buyer’s regular requirements and new product requirements.
- Ordering Electronic parts / PCB for NPI requirements for Proto/ Pilot lots to customer.
- Ordering for new products as per projection PC &L;/ NPI and hand over to Buyer.
- Follow ups for recent orders for delivery confirmation from suppliers
- On time delivery and introduction for new parts as per customer requirements.
- Coordinating for freight and customs clearance related to new product shipments.
- DHL duty and freight clearance for new product electronic parts shipments.
- Ensure on time Quality clearance for new products.
- Ensure No Non-moving stock due to design change.
- Working with Engg for any support from suppliers / Manufacturers. Product solutions, software programming etc.

Procurement and sourcing Planning .

- Introducing New Gen parts for new designs for long term support from suppliers/ Manufacturers.
