Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute EHS strategy aligned with business objectives and ESG goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed safety and sustainability into operations
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with national and international EHS regulations (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Conduct risk assessments and audits across manufacturing, R&D;, and field operations
- Culture & Training
- Foster a proactive safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and leadership engagement
- Design and implement EHS training programs for all levels of staff
- Incident Management & Reporting
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and report key metrics to executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Sustainability & Innovation
- Lead initiatives in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimization
- Collaborate with R&D; and product teams to integrate EHS into product lifecycle
