Position: DevOps Technical Lead / Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Technical Lead / Architect to drive enterprise DevOps transformation, platform migration, cloud-native architecture, and governance initiatives within the CodeCraft Framework. The role will own architecture decisions, lead platform modernization, establish DevOps standards, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring a scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills

1. 9–11 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
2. Enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture using Jenkins and/or Zuul.
3. Robust expertise in GitHub and Gerrit administration, governance, and migrations.
4. Advanced Kubernetes, Docker, and container platform management.
5. AWS cloud architecture and operations (multi-account, multi-region).
6. Terraform and/or Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.
7. Istio, Ingress Controllers, and Service Mesh technologies.
8. Grafana, Prometheus,



and enterprise observability practices.
9. SonarQube and/or CheckMarx integration and governance.
10. Python scripting and automation expertise.
11. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and platform reliability experience.
12. Experience with infrastructure/tool upgrades, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.
13. Willingness to provide leadership support for 24x7 production operations and extended CET hours support.
14. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
15. Preferred Skills

1. Experience building centralized DevOps/SRE platforms.
2. Enterprise-scale DevOps transformation and migration programs.
3. Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platform (IDP) experience.
4. SRE, DORA metrics, and operational excellence frameworks.
5. Experience defining and implementing DevOps governance models.
