DevOps Engineer – On-Prem Platform

We are hiring a hands-on DevOps Engineer to deploy, manage and troubleshoot on-prem platforms across customer datacentres.

Mandatory Skills:

- Linux & Networking: Linux administration; troubleshooting DNS, routing, firewalls, MTU and TLS using command-line tools and packet capture.
- Kubernetes & Helm: Cluster installation, upgrades, etcd health, certificates, CNI, ingress, persistent storage and production troubleshooting.
- Self-Managed Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB on Linux VMs; replication, backups, point-in-time recovery and upgrades.
- Middleware: Redis Sentinel, Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ; clustering, authentication and capacity planning.




- Ansible: Reusable roles and customer-specific inventories for infrastructure automation.
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana and OpenSearch; alerting, cluster health and log retention.
- Scripting: Python and Shell for provisioning, health checks and operational automation.
- Security & Restricted Environments: Certificates, truststores, secrets, least-privilege access and Harbor private registries.
- Production Support: Root-cause analysis across VMs, networking, Kubernetes and JVM/application layers.
