- Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a robust team of agents.

- Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate referrals for recent agent hiring.
- Ensure agents possess comprehensive product knowledge through training and field demonstrations.
- Work closely with agents to plan and review their activities and goals, identifying training needs and collaborating with trainers to address them.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets while improving agent productivity and persistency.




- Ensure adherence to the company's product mix sales ratio and business norms.
- Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion, fostering deep customer loyalty by following company sales practices.
- Organize periodical customer meetings to gauge customer needs and ensure queries are addressed satisfactorily.
