Key Responsibilities

- Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a robust team of agents.

- Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate referrals for new agent hiring.
- Ensure agents possess comprehensive product knowledge through training and field demonstrations.
- Work closely with agents to plan and review their activities and goals, identifying training needs and collaborating with trainers to address them.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets while improving agent productivity and persistency.




- Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion, ensuring customer queries are addressed satisfactorily and fostering deep customer loyalty.
- Organize periodical customer meetings to gauge customer needs and pulse.
