The position involves tracking team progress, defining operational mechanisms, and optimizing workflows to achieve project timelines and roadmaps. Close collaboration with external teams is crucial due to significant interdependencies. The role partners with the EPAM Project Manager to ensure high-quality implementation aligned with agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

- Oversee Solution Architecture reviews in collaboration with Technical Leads
- Mentor and guide team members while setting an example through leadership
- Track team progress and address potential delays
- Participate in project management activities, including time estimation and resource planning, to maximize team efficiency
- Propose innovative technology-driven solutions to address business challenges
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects in adherence to EPAM processes and methodologies
- Identify and resolve risks to maintain consistent project advancement
- Foster effective communication with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical strategies

Requirements

- 5+ years in delivery management roles
- Proven success managing teams of 30+ FTEs
- Technical background with experience in software development or technical project management
- Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid SDLC
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changes
- Banking domain knowledge is advantageous
