About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Data Analytics Manager to lead data analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring for our EV fleet operations. The role will focus on fleet utilization, operational efficiency, revenue optimization, maintenance costs, and city-level business performance.The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise, managerial capabilities, and a deep understanding of operational analytics. The candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to transform fleet and business data into actionable insights that improve productivity, profitability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data analytics and reporting for fleet operations across multiple cities and hubs.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including fleet utilization, active vehicles, idle vehicles, uptime, downtime, revenue per vehicle, and fleet productivity.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Analyze fleet profitability, operating expenses, maintenance costs, cost per kilometre, and revenue performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend strategies to improve vehicle deployment, utilization, and profitability.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, breakdowns, service turnaround time, battery performance, and fleet lifecycle costs.
- Analyze hub-level and city-level performance to support operational planning, resource allocation, and expansion decisions.




- Lead the automation of recurring reports and streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
- Manage and mentor the data analytics team, establish reporting standards, and ensure timely delivery of business insights.
- Collaborate with Fleet Operations, Finance, Sales, Technology, and senior management to define analytical requirements.
- Integrate data from CRM, GPS/telematics, fleet management systems, financial systems, and other operational platforms.
- Present performance reviews, forecasts, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across business functions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in dashboard architecture, KPI frameworks, MIS reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics, operational analytics, and financial analysis.
- Experience in data modelling, report automation, and handling large, multi-source datasets.




- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience managing analytics projects, stakeholder expectations, and team deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior management and drive data-backed decision-making.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in EV fleet management, vehicle rentals, logistics, transportation, mobility, or last-mile delivery.
- Understanding of fleet utilization, vehicle lifecycle management, revenue per vehicle, and hub-level profitability.
- Familiarity with GPS/telematics data, battery swapping, charging operations, vehicle maintenance, and fleet tracking systems.
- Experience integrating data from Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and fleet management platforms.
- Knowledge of Python and statistical analysis for advanced analytics and forecasting.
- Prior experience building analytics frameworks for multi-location or high-growth businesses.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
