CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE

ROLE

As a Customer Success Associate at myHarvest Farms, your main responsibility is to build strong relationships with customers and ensure they have a great experience throughout their journey. You will support customers by answering their enquiries,

resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams. You will also understand customer buying behavior, collect feedback, improve customer retention and help the company grow through better customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Communicate with customers regularly to improve their buying experience and build long term relationships

 Understand customer buying behavior and manage customer feedback and follow up on pending payments

 Recommend suitable products that improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases

 Document customer interactions and share updates with the team to avoid confusion

 Work closely with different teams to improve the customer experience

 Monitor Customer KPIs including repeat purchases retention and customer satisfaction

 Be a team player and support the team in delivering excellent customer service

 Maintain customer data and use insights to improve customer retention

 Respond professionally to Customer Calls,



WhatsApp messages, Emails and In-

person enquiries

 You will visit customers to understand their buying behavior, gather market insights,

build relationships and collect valuable feedback

SKILLS REQUIRED

 Solid time management skills and flexibility

 Good communication, customer empathy and problem solving skills

 Analytical mindset with attention to data

 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint

 Knowledge of CRM Tools

 Bike riding and Valid two wheeler licence

TIMINGS

Shift Timings: 10am to 7pm or 7am to 4pm

Extra Working Hours: Weekly one day or maximum 6 days per month

Monthly one Sunday working day. Compensatory Off will be provided

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
