We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, maintain customer records, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely follow-up with customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Record and update customer details and enquiries in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for further action.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely responses to customers.
- Coordinate with dealers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare enquiry and follow-up reports.
- Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for their resolution.
- Follow up with customers to check satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.




- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports for management.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.
