Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Nashik.

The Credit

Manager will oversee end-to-end credit assessment, including evaluation of customer financials, analysis of creditworthiness, and recommendation of appropriate credit limits and structures.

Responsibilities include monitoring credit portfolios, identifying emerging risks, and implementing risk mitigation measures in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with sales, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely credit decisions, maintaining accurate documentation,



and contributing to the development of credit policies and underwriting frameworks.

The Credit

Manager will support continuous improvement of credit processes and participate in reporting and reviews to enhance portfolio quality and profitability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills, with experience in evaluating loan proposals and structuring credit solutions.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management skills, including the ability to identify, measure, and mitigate credit and portfolio risks.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with proficiency in interpreting financial statements, cash flows, and risk indicators.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, including lending principles, NBFC operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in credit or risk roles within NBFCs, banks, or fintech lending organizations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with credit scoring or underwriting systems is an advantage.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
