Competency:

Robust knowledge of product costing, BOM and drawings, supplier/material cost analysis, and cost optimization. Good analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP system. Ability to coordinate Contract Engineering, Purchase, Sales, and other related CFT's, while ensuring accurate, timely costing and supporting margin/EBITA improvement for organization.Minimum Experience - In Years:

Responsible for preparing accurate and timely product costing, supporting sales enquiries, evaluating non-standard requirements, and identifying cost optimization opportunities while ensuring alignment with engineering, procurement, and business requirements

Key Resposibilites

1. Review Specifications, drawings, technical requirements and BOM for costing.
2.



Prepare TP2/product costing for standard and non-standard enquiries.
3. Support Sales with timely costing for BID and customer enquiries.
4. Analyze material, manufacturing, Forex, and supplier cost impact.
5. Identify cost reduction and value-engineering opportunities.
6. Maintain costing accuracy and ensure latest prices are considered.
7. Coordinate with Contract Engineering, Purchase / PSM, and other CFT members.
8. Support urgent enquiries and ensure quotation TAT to be met.
9. Prepare cost comparisons, variance analysis, and management reports.
10. Support margin/EBITA improvement through effective cost control Ideas and optimization projects to organization.
