Role Description This is a full time, on-site Commercial Executive role based in Odisha, India.

The Commercial

Executive will manage day-to-day commercial operations, including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating service orders, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and ongoing projects. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, supporting contract and proposal development,



and collaborating with technical and laboratory teams to align commercial offerings with service capabilities.

The Commercial

Executive will track commercial performance metrics, assist in billing and documentation, and contribute to market development initiatives for laboratory services, environmental solutions, and green building offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong commercial and commercial management skills, including basic knowledge of pricing, contracts, and business development.
- Candidates should possess effective following up skills to manage leads, monitor project progress, and ensure timely closure of commercial activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, address queries, and maintain professional relationships.
- Relevant experience in laboratory services, environmental solutions, or industrial products sales is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use basic office and CRM software tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
