•Credit appraisal and credit recommendations of Business proposals.
•Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction across levels.
•Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth.
•Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.
•Responsible for Audit and Regulatory compliance for the assigned Cluster.
•Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance.
•Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed.
•Take sound lending decisions based on available information & interactions with the Team.
