Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage US staffing operations, including visa verification, C2C/W2 onboarding, post-onboarding activities, compliance, client escalations, and coordination with Finance. The ideal candidate should have solid team management skills, a thorough understanding of US staffing processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 12 members responsible for visa verification, C2C/W2 onboarding, and post-onboarding operations.

- Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to final joining and post-joining formalities.

- Manage and resolve high-priority client escalations promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.





- Coordinate with the Finance team for Statement of Work (SOW) approvals, compliance validation, and outstanding payment follow-ups.

- Monitor candidate and vendor statuses throughout the placement lifecycle to ensure accurate tracking and transparent reporting.

- Establish and maintain robust verification processes to minimize fraudulent submissions and ensure the authenticity of candidate documentation.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and US staffing documentation standards.

- Identify operational gaps, improve processes, and implement workflow enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using MS Excel and staffing ATS tools such as Ceipal.

- Collaborate with Recruitment, Account Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless coordination across the staffing lifecycle.
