Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Manage site supervisors and laborers, providing guidance on project requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or related field (civil works).
- Robust knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
