EXECUTIVE CHEF / HEAD CHEF An Exciting Opportunity at a Recent Upscale Cafeteria in Kottayam, Kerala
We are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Chef to lead the culinary operations of our upcoming upscale cafeteria in Kottayam.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional chef who wants to showcase their culinary expertise, take ownership of kitchen operations, and share in the success of a growing food business.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel.
- Candidates with experience in Continental cuisine will be given priority.
- Strong culinary skills, creativity, menu planning, and food presentation abilities.
- Experience in kitchen management, food costing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and develop an excellent food service team.
- A passion for premium-quality food and exceptional dining experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month*
Additional Benefit: 10% Profit Sharing In addition to the fixed monthly salary, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to share in the business's profits, subject to mutually agreed terms.
