Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash and digital payment records.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with billing inquiries, verifying prices and discounts, balancing the cash drawer at the end of shifts, and reporting discrepancies promptly. The role also involves supporting front-desk operations,



coordinating with the sales and operations team, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust numerical accuracy and basic math skills for handling cash and digital transactions.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact politely and clearly with a diverse customer base.
- Attention to detail and reliability in maintaining transaction records and reconciling cash drawers.
- Comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems and common digital payment platforms; basic computer literacy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail or industrial environment.
- Prior experience as a cashier, retail associate, or in a similar frontline role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or commerce is an advantage.
- Ethical conduct, punctuality, and willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures.
