Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Prepare detailed project reports for highways, bridges, dams, canals, construction projects, civil engineering works, road construction projects, and infrastructure development initiatives.

- Develop recent business opportunities through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development management or related field.

- Strong expertise in preparing DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) for various types of infrastructure projects.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
