Job Summary

Forge strategic alliances with top architects, developers, and luxury interior design firms. We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand Stag Elevators presence across key metropolitan regions. You will build long-term relationships with leading architects, luxury residential developers, and structural consultants to specify Stag Elevators into premium projects.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with leading architecture studios, developers, and project consultants.

- Conduct bespoke presentations and product demonstrations showcasing Stag Elevators pitless and machine-room-less elevator technology.

- Secure project specifications for upcoming luxury residential villas and boutique commercial developments.

- Represent Stag Elevators at premier design expos, architecture forums,



and luxury home exhibitions.

- Track regional market trends, competitor movements, and emerging developer opportunities.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of business development experience in luxury architectural products, building materials, or premium interiors.

- Solid established network among architects, interior designers, and luxury builders.

- Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and high-stakes negotiation skills.

- Self-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding new partnership acquisition targets.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and architectural partner presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design is a major plus.

- Experience introducing novel European architectural technology to the Indian luxury market.
