We are looking to hire Business Development Manager for Pune Location with 7-12 years of experience into Contract Logistics and have hands of experience as well as exposure in Auto logistics Vertical.

Details as Follows

> Generating new leads through customer calls, visits and mails enabling the sales pipeline as per target.

> Keep a Tab on all RFQ floated in the market & Ensure Successful participation as well as understanding the customer requirement and transpire the content into feasible and saleable solutions.

> Responsible for achieving defined sales targets and growth both in terms of revenues and profitability.

> Responsible for preparing the technical and commercial proposal in Logistics projects ,cost estimation and calculation, negotiation and closing the deal. Closely coordinate with German/ Global Solutions team. business.

> Responsible for positioning of the organization in the market with expert use of technical knowledge to analyze & Interpret project tenders and preparing subsequent quotes as well as negotiation with customers.





> Responsible for preparing the technical and commercial proposal in Logistics projects,cost estimation and calculation, negotiation and closing the deal. Closely coordinate with German/ Global Solutions team.

> Marketing initiatives for the development of current business Development through campaign, exhibitions, conferences, Webinars & Responsible for company brand building.

> Capabilities to update the sales pipeline in the CRM systems.

> Formulating and implementing business plan & strategies to comply with corporate directives.

> Bridge the gap between customer requirements /Expectations and services delivery to ensure seamless handover from business development to operations.

> Responsible for Customer Retention and growth.
