1. Data Management & Reporting

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from various departments/sources.

- Develop and automate regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management and stakeholders.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS reports.

2. Dashboard & Analysis

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Provide actionable insights through data trend analysis and forecasting.

- Prepare variance analysis (plan vs actual) to support decision-making.

3. System Enhancement & Support

- Identify and implement process improvements in MIS and data reporting.

4. Business Intelligence

- Analyze KPIs, generate performance reports, and assist in strategic planning.

- Support business units with ad-hoc analysis as required.

- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for senior management.

5. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure MIS reports comply with internal and external audit requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation for all reports, queries, and analytical work.
