About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Candidates with a technical background will be preferred; alternatively, candidates must have prior experience working closely with software development or technology teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring effective coordination between business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and workflow diagrams.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements, resolve functional ambiguities, and manage changes.
- Validate developed features against business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports for internal teams and clients,



as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software, IT services, or product-based company.
- A technical background in Computer Science, IT, or software development is an advantage.
- Candidates without a technical degree must have demonstrable experience working with software development or technology teams.
- Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Positive to Have
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with UML diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, and process mapping tools.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Postman, or similar platforms.
- Experience in client communication, product development, or software implementation projects.
- Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate them in business terms.

EducationA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and strong business analysis skills may also be considered.

Work Requirements

- Must be available to work on-site at our Gandhinagar, Gujarat office.
- Should be comfortable working closely with engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
- Must demonstrate ownership of requirements, attention to detail, and accountability for deliverables.
