1. Relevant work experience of 3+ years in NTB Business Acquisition of CA , SA , RD , TD , LI , GI , MF , Investments , Asset X Sell etc. through BC Channel
2. Expertise in Strategy Implementation for NTB Business Acquisition of CA , SA ,
3. RD , TD , LI , GI , MF , Investments , Asset X Sell , TFX etc. through BC Channel
4. Solid Banking knowledge in all Liability Product Sale and Deepening Management of A/cs acquired through BC points
5. Should be well versed with processes , compliance and systems of the Bank related to BCs
6. Full understanding on local markets like Household , Commercial , Software , Hardware ,
Industrial , SEZs , Retail Business , etc. to establish BCs at above respective catchments
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Regional Language
2. Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
3. Should be a go getter and , have common do it attitude
4. Willing to travel extensively to meet BC Points in assigned Area / Cluster
5. Analytical ability and strong grip on MIS and Business Numbers always of BC Points
6. Any Graduate having passion on Sales. MBA Marketing and Finance will be an added advantage.
