We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled B.Sc.

Staff

Nurse to join our nursing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.

- Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions promptly.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and blood products accurately as prescribed.

- Assist physicians during patient examinations, clinical procedures, and minor surgeries.

- Prepare patient care plans, maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and document all care activities.

- Manage post-operative care, wound dressings, and medical equipment operation (e.g., ventilators, monitors,



infusion pumps).

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and disease management.

- Maintain strict infection control standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.

- Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and code situations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized university/institution.

- Registration: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council / Nursing Board (Nursing Council License required).

- Experience: [0–2 years for freshers / 2+ years preferred for experienced roles].

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
