Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate customer invoices, verifying supporting documents, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and ensuring timely billing while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate customer invoices for FTL, PTL, Express, and other logistics services.

Verify LRs, PODs, trip sheets, e-way bills, and other supporting documents before billing.

Ensure billing is completed accurately as per customer rate contracts, quotations, and agreed tariffs.

Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain daily billing records and ensure timely invoice generation.

Upload invoices on customer portals wherever required.

Process debit notes, credit notes, and revised invoices when necessary.





Follow up for pending PODs and required billing documents.

Reconcile billed shipments with operational data to avoid revenue leakage.

Prepare billing MIS reports and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and supporting records.

Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.

Assist the Accounts team in resolving customer billing queries and invoice reconciliations.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in logistics billing.

Good knowledge of logistics documentation (LR, POD, E-Way Bill, Trip Sheet).

Basic understanding of GST and taxation related to billing.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Experience with ERP/TMS or billing software.

Robust numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
