- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Diploma 6-8 years experience and Degree 3–5 years of relevant experience in Buildings & Infrastructure project execution.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site execution activities, coordination with stakeholders, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring timely completion of project activities as per approved specifications and drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
2. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
4. Verify measurements and monitor work progress against project schedules.
5. Ensure quality control procedures and inspection requirements are followed at site.

Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage of construction materials.
7. Identify site issues, technical challenges, and coordinate for timely resolution.
8. Ensure implementation of safety practices and compliance with HSE requirements.
9. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, work permits, and documentation.
10. Participate in site inspections and support audits by clients or third-party agencies.
11. Review and track manpower deployment and productivity at site.
12. Coordinate with planning and procurement teams for resource availability.
13. Support billing measurements and preparation of work progress documentation.
14. Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
