Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the gaming zone and café. Supervise, train, and guide team members to maintain service standards. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor gaming machines, rides, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Coordinate with the technical team for machine breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance. Oversee café operations, including food service, hygiene, and quality standards.

Monitor sales, revenue, cash handling, billing, and daily reports. Support business growth by achieving sales targets and promoting memberships, packages, and offers.



Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment of gaming and café supplies.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the entire outlet. Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours. Handle opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain proper records of sales, expenses, inventory, and customer feedback. Ensure child safety and provide a secure, enjoyable experience for children and their parents. Coordinate with the Store Manager and management team to resolve operational issues.

Requirements: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, café, or entertainment zone operations is preferred. Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of sales reporting, cash handling, and inventory management.
