Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Projects Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry to join our team in Pirpainti.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage mechanical projects in the Thermal Projects sector, ensuring all milestones are met - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Oversee the execution of projects, including procurement, construction, and commissioning phases - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges - Provide technical guidance and support to project team members





- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project updates to senior management - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycle - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality

Technical Competencies

Leadership in managing complex projects,Proficiency in project management tools and software,Thermal Projects engineering knowledge and expertise,Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment in thermal power plants

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Master's degree in Project Management (preferred)
