Purpose/Objective

The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Adani Enterprises Limited’s strategic initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.

This role is integral to the Project Management Office (PMO) and will focus on analyzing and interpreting data to optimize project execution, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

The position aligns with AEL’s mission to drive sustainable growth and innovation across its diverse business sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business units to provide actionable insights that support project management and operational goals.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with AEL’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business analysts, to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize statistical tools and data visualization platforms to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
- Support the PMO in resource planning and allocation by providing data-backed recommendations.




- Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure projects, such as water treatment and road development, aligning with AEL’s operational priorities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
- Stay updated on emerging data analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within AEL by training team members on data analytics tools and best practices.

Technical Competencies

Data Analytics ,Project Management,QL, Python, and Power BI,Big data analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the infrastructure, energy, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Advanced certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools are preferred.
