ART DIRECTOR

Ø Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns, brands, and digital communication.

· Translate client briefs into strong visual concepts and creative approaches.

· Develop campaign key visuals, mood boards, layouts, and visual storytelling directions.

· Work closely with Copywriters, Designers, Motion Designers, and Account teams.

· Review and improve creative work developed by junior designers.

· Take ownership of major campaigns, pitches, and important creative deliverables.

· Ensure all visual work maintains brand consistency and agency standards.

· Participate in client presentations and confidently communicate creative rationale.

· Provide creative direction during internal reviews and client discussions.

· Mentor and guide Junior Designers and Interns.

· Solid attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
