HIRING AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing A minimum two (02) year Experienced and skilled Pharma professional required for sales target achievement and brand growth with sales/promotion strategy implementation.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in an ASM or team-handling role.

Territories to Be Covered: Lucknow Gorakhpur Prayagraj Faizabad (Ayodhya) Basti Kanpur Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand pharmaceutical sales across assigned territories. Recruit, manage, train and motivate Medical Representatives. Achieve monthly sales, collection and business development targets.

Build robust relationships with doctors, hospitals and stockists. Conduct regular joint fieldwork and monitor team performance. Ensure effective reporting, territory planning and market coverage. Selection & Induction: Unpaid Induction Period: 5 Days Final appointment subject to satisfactory evaluation and completion of joining formalities.
