Role & responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
- Create realistic architectural renders and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs follow applicable building regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in material selection, design planning, and construction documentation.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates based in Trichy are preferred.
- 25 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and 3D visualization tools.
- Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams.
