Professional & Technical Skills:

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop environments and software applications.
- Strong understanding of system diagnostics and performance monitoring techniques.
- Ability to manage and maintain desktop configurations and updates effectively.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist end-users efficiently.
