Project Role : Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a energetic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Work details include,

Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS SCM modules (Inventory, Costing, Procurement, OM).

Configure and support Procurement, Costing, Order management and Inventory Management.

Manage Costing configurations including standard costing, cost rollups, variance analysis, and accounting.

Support end-to-end supply chain processes

Prepare functional design documents (MD050), setup documents, and test scripts.

Perform functional testing, UAT support, and production go-live assistance.

Provide post-production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW).

Must be involvement in Data Conversion (Elements related to SCM like - On Hand etc, with Cutover planning and Post Go-live Support during hyper care.

Deliverables documents include,

Key Design Decisions (KDD) - A document describing the key design decisions made across functional streams.

Functional Design Requirement Document (FDR) - A document detailing the functional design requirements for Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions for Accenture owned scope.

Functional Design Document (FDD)



- A document detailing the functional design specification for Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions for Accenture owned scope.

Configuration Workbook (BR100) - A document capturing the configuration values

Business Demo ( Show & Tell ) Overview Presentations

Data Conversion Strategy Document - A high-level document that outlines the overall approach to data conversion. This includes the scope of data to be converted (e.g., master data, open balances, etc,), the chosen migration methodology

Data Mapping Document - This detailed spreadsheet or document maps every single field from the legacy source system to its corresponding field in the Oracle EBS R12 target system. It includes data types, formats, and any required transformation rules.

SIT Test Scenarios and Plan - A document with the list of scenarios defined by business that will be used to test the solution capabilities in scope for the release.

SIT Test Scripts – A document listing all the steps for executing test script scenarios.

End-to-End Test Scenarios and Plan- A document with the list of scenarios defined by business that will be used to test the solution capabilities in scope for the release.

E2E Test Scripts – A document listing all the steps for executing test script scenarios.

Training Presentation - Slide decks used during instructor-led sessions to guide the discussion and present key concepts (Record the training)

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
