COMPETANCY

- Understand and transform technical and/or non-technical requirements of customers into technical solutions and products offered by KFPT, focusing on revealing how our product/service/equipment can solve the specific problems.
- A customer-centric person with the ability to explain clearly, listen to customer requirements, patiently receive feedback and convert the same data into 2D designs along with the solutions and proposals.
- Sound judgment, good technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.




- Energetic, Pleasant, versatile, self-motivated person with good communication skills, willing to plan and visit client sites for data gathering, taking measurements himself to offer technical solutions to the clients.
- Commercial awareness would be a plus.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Organising visits to customers based on leads received, understanding their requirements and on-the-ground realities and concluding the same with technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of the technologies we deal with and produce.
- Comprehending customer requirements and providing solutions in terms of product, service, 2D design, and effectively communicating the same with the sales/manufacturing team/principals/external vendors.
- Providing Pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Making process flow diagrams and layouts.
- Travelling to various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirement

(1) Diploma/Degree from a reputed institute in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation / Electromechanical / Automation with 3 to 7 years of experience.

(2) Design skills in AutoCAD

Desired / Preferred

(1) SolidWorks or any other design software

(2) Automation courses/certifications

(3) Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

WORK MODE: Travel Pan India
